Decoy:
Oh, and the crest is edged in pure titanium - its light, strong, and rediculously expensive.

Myk Murphy:
that's damn fine work. if you'll excuse me, i'm off to the liquor store. i'm going to check if the glenfiddich whiskey liquer is now in the states. i've waited patiently, damn it. we brought some home from the land of mcleudt, but we want more. not too much to ask.

You wouldn't think so, would you.

The wattle and the liver threw me for a loop, but now I'm happy. I see everything so clearly now.

It's nice. Very comfortable to look upon.

looks like it's gonna be tough to get this stuff in the near term.

Interesting. Are we now going to have to get that tattooed on the back of our left hands to get in this place? Yu should have t-shirts made, Decoy. Every good bar has them. Dinner tonite was blood sausage with hommade saurkraut, mmm. My girlfriend never heard of blood sausage before. I think she was repulsed. Being made out of blood and all... She has got to,learn my eating habits, and conform to them. Ravens favored by three. There's a shocker. I see that Bubba is avoiding indictement. He, in classic slick-Willie style came just shy of admitting purgery. I'm sure all you bleeding hearts out there are now making up excuses as to why he did that. As far as I know, there are only two Hitchcock fans that are even remotely leaning towards the right. Myself and a guy who goes by the name of The Great Quail. He runs www.themodernword.com great sight! IBD (Investors Business Daily) ran an interesting article on Bubba yesterday. On how he's been avoiding sending his proposals to the senate for ratification. Now THAT'S a fascist! I must agree with Wax, manhattans suck. And disagree with Decoy. Germany makes the best ales. Canooks make some good refreshing brews I agree. Escpecially when ice cold on a summer day. I ordered this book from England, and they said they were going to take it out of my account in Mexican Peso's. That's worth less than Monopoly money! Has anybody read it? opinions?

Heruka:
You're better off going with Maccallan anyway, Myk. It's the smoothest single malt I have ever had. It's me preferred drink.
(Sat Jan 20, 2001 - 11:33:23 pm)

Myk Murphy:
it's not single malt whisky, heruka, or a blend, for that matter. it's a whisky liqueur. totally different animal. maccallan is lovely stuff, however.
(Sat Jan 20, 2001 - 11:56:07 pm)

Heruka:
I see. I still recommend Macallan over anything! Try Irish Mist for a liqueur. Spent over $360 on U2 tix today. Monday I pick up tix for the secong James Gang show. I'm may be eating bark for the next month, but I'm going to see some good concerts. I hope.

Since we can't get real German beer, I stand by my opinion. It would be different if we could get stuff right from the beer gardens of Munchen. Lacking that and the crap they export, I look to the north.

Decoy:
My father in law drinks the Bushmills single malt. That seems pretty good.

Decoy:
Shall we have an online counter to enumerate the days until Slick Willy finally does have a judgement passed against him?

James Gang? Is Joe Walsh still alive? That makes me feel good inside. Tix a rediculous $$. You can't just go see a band on a whim like that, you have be really sure you want to make the investment. Remember when you could go down to the local PAC and get $8 lawn seats and see who showed up? Like your CSN or your Santana or your Yes. And who cares if they suck? The wine coolers are cheap and the nights are warm. Gone are the days.

Bushmills is Irish right?
(Sun Jan 21, 2001 - 11:32:00 am)

Myk Murphy:
if you want fine german beer without the airfare, decoy, may i suggest DeGroen's from baltimore. they take this stuff very seriously. i don't know if it's distributed that far north, but worth checking.
(Sun Jan 21, 2001 - 12:06:35 pm)

Decoy:
I like the kind of German beer you can drink 2 gallons of for five marks and don't have a hangover an hour later.

'Archives should be there! Yikes, what evil hath Netscape wrought. I'll check on it now.
(Sun Jan 21, 2001 - 2:44:48 pm)

Decoy on Netscape:
That's funny, the crest is above the words in Netscape. Other than that, poor m must be on a small rez screen indeed. Exactly the point I was making to Queenie a few hours ago. Help on the way ...

Well, its inconcievable why Netscape wont render that right (and follow its own rules). As usual, we'll just have try it another way.
(Sun Jan 21, 2001 - 2:57:00 pm)

It's not perfect, buts its as OK as Netscape.
