yes, decoy, we should know. virginia doesn't pointlessly legislate against legal gun owners. our "project exile" in richmond will soon be tried nationwide. it has dropped gun crime by double digits for 2 years in a row. it's simple: get caught carrying an illegal gun, get 5 years minimum in prison. funny how that keeps an angry young man from carrying around a weapon during his daily activities. the NRA and the republicans love this law, and as of yesterday... so does clinton!
