Myk Murphy:
did you see the speeches last night, wax? great stuff. breaking into the national evening news, around 6:45pm, gore gave a good speech to explain his position, and something of a compromise. around 10:15pm last night, prime time tv paused to allow bush his response, which was a testy "no".
(Thu Nov 16, 2000 - 9:29:41 am)
Chewing Wax:
Yes. I thought Gore did a splendid job of taking the high ground while Bush mired in the muck and filth of his own creation. Is it just me?

Yes. Gore did good. ..I just purchased my own guest book. No more banners. cost me 62 bucks for one year. http://guestbook.mycomputer.com/guest.html?u=theodius6&b=1&show=1

It makes me uncomfortable. They both attempt to take the high ground with these reasonable and sane sounding proposals on how to proceed. It really shows what they are both made of. True, Gore is smarter, and Bush has the conservative appeal. I really hope they don't embarras us and themselves even more than they have already. JUST SHUT UP.
(Thu Nov 16, 2000 - 9:36:28 am)
Chewing Wax:
I fail to see Bush's conservative appeal.
