I told him he was a townie and a stupid meathead. I felt bad about it later but he doesn't even know who JOe Strummer is. Joe, Julia and I were watching VH1 Classics and they did this little this day in history segment and they were talking about the Clash's debut album the Clash was released in the US on that day - whatever, then I said "strange Joe Strummer is dead" and Joe and Julia said "who is Joe Strummer?" Whoa.
