No, I think thats pretty bad her mother let her do that and didn't care - she cared about not getting in trouble with the cops. My mother was mentally unstable and was just really really really mean to me. Its not her fault, I feel bad for her.

Decoy:
Yeh, its one thing to be metally ill that happens. But Its another to be so caught up that your kid is merely a liability because the cops might find you.

Froupie:
parents, who'd have em.
(Thu May 20, 2004 - 10:03:37 am)

bela:
Yeah, thats bad. But my mother did a number on me mentally though - really bad. She made me feel like I was the worst person in the world. I was scared shitless of her. Thats not good either. I'd see my friends joking with their parents and they're parents being nice to them and I would think like what the hell. If I ever tried to joke with my mother forget it.

My mother was abused and she was manic. Her parents were pretty bad I found out - locking her in closets and stuff so not really her fault - German, there you go. My mother was a runaway too I found out much later in life. I knew not a thing about my mother growing up. You just didn't ask.
(Thu May 20, 2004 - 10:16:49 am)

bela:
My mother was really really beautiful too. Really really pretty. I remember when I was in grade school my teachers would tell me in front of the class how pretty my mother was and I would feel so strange about it.
(Thu May 20, 2004 - 10:18:37 am)

(Thu May 20, 2004 - 10:27:55 am)

bela:

(Thu May 20, 2004 - 10:31:55 am)

Rap legend Ice-T is risking his massive reputation on his latest recruit - middle-aged former beach bum David Hasselhoff.

The original gangsta believes he can turn the ex-Baywatch star into hip hop's next big thing.

Ice and Hasselhoff, 51, are neighbours in Los Angeles and have struck up a close friendship.

The rapper - real name Tracey Morrow - told The Sun: "The man is a legend, we are going to show a whole new side of him.

"He's gonna come out as Hassle the Hoff.

"The Hoff will surprise people with his rap skills and humour."

The Hoff meister is no stranger to the music industry having conquered Germany through his soft rock skills.

And he notched up a no 35 hit in the UK with If I Could Only Say Goodbye in 1993.

New York City, NY (PRWEB) May 19, 2004 -- Twenty years ago, on May 16, 1984, most of the world believed that we had lost a comedic legend forever. This has turned out to be what will inevitably be known as the greatest comic prank ever conceived. Andy Kaufman, by all accounts, is alive and well at age 55 and is now living in New York City on the upper west side. To his loyal supporters and fans, Andy says "sorry about faking my death," in a recent interview with ABC News at his apartment. In order to reach legendary comic status and seal his place in the history of performance art, he said it was "necessary to go away for twenty years."
