(Wed Apr 21, 2004 - 2:49:27 pm)

Froupie:
i tried to persuade the sales assistant to sell me this cute little silver travel candle holder, but she said no, you need 3 million aveda points to get that. i said but i never buy aveda stuff only candles and face cream now and again, i'll never get all those points sell me the holder, but she said no.
(Wed Apr 21, 2004 - 2:51:23 pm)

Froupie:

(Wed Apr 21, 2004 - 2:51:47 pm)

(Wed Apr 21, 2004 - 2:51:50 pm)

(Wed Apr 21, 2004 - 2:52:48 pm)

Froupie:

(Wed Apr 21, 2004 - 2:52:50 pm)

Froupie:

(Wed Apr 21, 2004 - 2:53:09 pm)

Froupie:
you needed 1500 points to buy a £20 candle. i tried to do the math but i gave up.
(Wed Apr 21, 2004 - 2:54:04 pm)

bela:
Their haircuts are expensive. I go to Mousy Brown in Williamsburg to Alley and she does a great job and its only $45 - which is still too much to me but whatever. I'm not going to let some slob friend cut my hair with paper scissors like my roommate does. Her hair was a complete disaster - really really bad so I set her up to see Alley and Alley gave her this really good trim with some layers and long bangs and it looked much better and what did she do? She complained about it.
(Wed Apr 21, 2004 - 2:54:43 pm)

bela:
Ok, I'll stop now. Actually, today she said that she needed her hair trimmed again and she was waiting for me to suggest she see alley again so she could complain about her. Shes like that.
(Wed Apr 21, 2004 - 2:55:52 pm)

bela:
Ok, now I'll stop.
(Wed Apr 21, 2004 - 2:55:59 pm)

Froupie:
i never pay for my haircuts, i'd cry if i had to. my sisters friend does it for me once every 6 months, i just let it grow and then have these funky layers cut in. my hair is so straight theres no point doing any fancy stuff. aveda charge £100 for a haircut here. outrageous.
(Wed Apr 21, 2004 - 2:57:04 pm)

Froupie:
i'll cut her hair. heh.
(Wed Apr 21, 2004 - 2:57:24 pm)

bela:
You're lucky you have that hair.
(Wed Apr 21, 2004 - 2:59:02 pm)

Froupie:
i guess, but sometimes i dream of waves. gah.
(Wed Apr 21, 2004 - 2:59:32 pm)

Froupie:
my sister worked as a sassoon colourist for 6 years, i used to always go there, they wont even give you a kink if you've got straight hair. it was nutty, this crazy guy even used to use straighteners on my hair, like i need it.
(Wed Apr 21, 2004 - 3:01:02 pm)

bela:
I went to Aveda a long time ago and I think it was like $70 for a haircut, I can't remember. I don't know, it was a bad experience I was going to complain. The girl cutting my hair made a big deal about how thick it was and told me I should have booked for more time because of the amount of hair I had which is total bullshit, I have thick hair but its not unusual.

Waves indicate a probable encounter with a winged sepent besotted with the idea of heaven, but blinded by the stunning fire of the sun. Happens every time. Probably tomorrow before lunch.
