LOS ANGELES (AP) - The Fox TV fantasy-drama Wonderfalls dried up in less than a month. The series, set in Niagara Falls, N.Y., but shot on the Canadian side of the border as well as in Toronto, was cancelled because of low ratings. It had its final showing last week. Quebec actor Caroline Dhavernas starred as a young mentally ill woman who hears voices coming from animal figurines and statues, as well as other objects, directing her to intervene hysterically in the lives of other people.

Queenie:
in my new short film, we do a long list at the end of over 20 tv shows which were brilliant but cancelled over the years. we had just enough time to add Wonderfalls. I'd personally never seen it, but I know it was much beloved, even after only a few episodes. Meh.

Good afternoon, church fans. I still haven't gotten that cd. Left early today. Lots of happy tourists downtown. On the metro, i gave up my seat to an english kid because she was tired from seeing the sights.

Play walkmans loud behind ya
Demonstrate on oxford street
About what the hell they couldn’t tell ya
British people in hot weather
Have a heart-to-heart with your sister
People in shorts drunk before ya
Beached whale in wapping
His armpit hairs are sprouting
Serpentine ah.... serpentine grrr...
British people in hot weather

Myk Murphy:
I loved wonderfalls. The axe was inevitable. Networks never give anything a chance. That's why i rarely try out a show: they can it before it can solidify.
