These people in my neighborhood just enrange me. There are the Chinese people who keep this mini collie on a really short leash in a dark garage. I walk by every day and I hear the dog and can hear it straigning on its leash. It is in complete darkenss all the time. Today the garage door was up and I saw the dog and I saw the guy come out of the house and get in his truck so I went up to him and told him how cruel it is to keep that dog like that. He said "not my dog" and I just yelled at him more. I'm going to try and get that dog from them. I mean, its not doing anything, they keep it there to deter people from breaking in? ridiculous. I'm so mad. Poor thing sits there in darkness on a foot long chain. Its not right.

You'd think but the dog has been there a long time. Its just really shitty. I mean, at least in a back yard it could run around, it can't even walk around. The guys at the shelter said they would take it if I could get it from them. They said to say "we don't treat dogs like that in this country" he said that makes them paranoid. Heh. Its a beautiful minicollie but its dirty.
