Indeed. And apart from that I just had the most expensive ice lolly ever. I paid 75p for it, then I noticed as I walked along the street that I had in fact dripped it all down my blouse. So then I had to go and buy a new blouse. Plodder. Hello. It's about 150 degrees today. In the shade. With a hat on.

Never go back there. That's the best way. Be as raucous and offensive as you like, as long as it's not somewhere you'd like to return to. The one exception to that is the lounge, of course. Glad to hear you had a good time, though. Or at least, you think you had a good time. If only you could remember the time you had.

That's fine then. I'm off home now. My boss is away so I'm being extra-specially skivey. Probably spend the evening on a petrol forecourt queueing for hours just to buy a fivers-worth of petrol, which is what they're allowing each customer at the moment. We'll have to make do and mend like we did in the war....anyway I'm off.
