Decoy:
I just sent an email to Dell for a support call. One of our servers is throwing a voltage warning in one its redundant power supplies so its no big deal, but I got an email back from some thing that claimed to be an artificial intelligence. IT told me to download and install some software called Rack Advisor that had absolutely nothing to do with the problem, but it would help me order more new Dell components. They bring their support back into the US after we complained that the India outsource was incompetent, and now the think an an AI agent is the answer to better service? Idiots.

bela:
Yeah I was really surprised at all the money. Its totally illegal and basically a bribe. I'm ok with it. I give these printers thousands and thousands of dollars worth of work.

Decoy:
Its hard to beat Dell in price, even building your own. I don't build anymore either.

What? Employee handbook? Are you crazy? I'm just keeping my mouth shut. It may be the kiss of death too. My friend Marie received a lot of cash on the holidays and she got laid off. I hope it happens for me.

Decoy:
Dell may be what ever you think it is, but its all relative - so its really the best crap you can get. And they have the best crappy support.
