I got a talking to yesterday. Apparently I'm not a "team player" thats what I was told. Its such bullshit, I have never worked with such babies in my entire life! I swear, you cannot look at these people the wrong way. In the end I said that it boiled down to a personality conflict - I have a life outside of work where they really take this job much more seriously than I do. Unreal. She said that before she leaves she has to tell the new director that I have an attitude problem. She acutally used these terms. Tell him whatever the fuck you want I felt like saying, I could give a rats ass. Its not enough that I'm on top of my work, the imprints I work for really like me and that I am approachable and do what I'm asked by the others. thats what she told me.

I don't know. What happened was I sort of bitched to who I thought was my friend about our manager who is pretty annoying. He told her what I said, which wasn't a really big deal and she went and told the director - who is retiring in 3 weeks. Hes a total little snitch. I mean, I like everyone here and I think the director is a nice woman but they want me to I don't know what.
