Decoy:
I wish O took more pictures, but it was more fun to look at it. I think I did the right thing.

Decoy:
Happy Halloween, bela.

(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 7:42:09 am)

Chewing Wax:
Halloween? That explains some things.
(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 10:57:01 am)

Froupie:
i spent a fortune on day of the dead art. uh oh, i'm poor now.
(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 11:36:01 am)

Myk Murphy:
as usual, only one group of trick or treaters came by. 4 kids in junior high. no little kids at all. we're off the beaten track for kids to hit our street.
(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 11:37:31 am)

Froupie:

Chewing Wax:
Anne bought a boat load of candy and then we didn't get a single set of kids. Maybe cause we turned all the lights off downstairs and hid. And my trespassers will be shot sign probably helped.

Queenie:
Rufus at the Aladdin in December, wooooooooo!

Heruka:
I used to collect day of the dead stuff. I no longer do. I don't think it's celebrated in Mexico as much as it used to be. "trick or treating" is becoming the norm.

we bought 7 lbs of candy, and went through abut 5lbs of the stuff. I d0n't think Americans trick or treat anymore. I must have heard 5 different languages yesterday.

i'm still pissed off about the short notice with robyn's show in baltimore. if he wants to make sure that he gets shitty turnout for shows, this is how he should book. i must politely inquire: who the fuck handles his booking?

Decoy:
Zero trick or treaters again. We are batting 1000. Sweet. The trick is that when you see the flashlights or hear voices, fire about three or four shots into the trees above their heads.
(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 7:46:07 pm)

Decoy:
Yah Myk, some super genius for sure.

(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 10:38:34 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Cool
(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 10:42:03 pm)

Chewing Wax:
We had a fire tonight. Anne's cousins came to dinner. She has a retarded cousin and a pretty cool cousin and her aunt. We served them $40 worth of steak. I don't think they get much steak.
(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 10:43:44 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Fire in the fire place I mean. Anne started quite a conflagration. I had to shut it down.
(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 10:44:34 pm)

Chewing Wax:
It's 60 degrees out tonight. We didn't need the fire for the heat
(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 10:45:23 pm)

Chewing Wax:
That Luxor is a good album.
(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 10:45:38 pm)

Chewing Wax:
It's the second time we've entertained this week. Two fires in the fire place. Very nice.
(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 10:49:19 pm)

Heruka:
it's back in the 40's here. but they say 70 for tomorrow. so, we'll see. a fire eh? I don't get much steak either.
(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 10:49:38 pm)

Heruka:
entertaining is fun. it's like you're the ringmaster, and everyone there is for your entertainment.
(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 10:50:09 pm)

Chewing Wax:
I had six steaks I had to cook to perfection. I did them in the oven for the first time. Using the grill greak and the oven. It was tough
(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 10:52:24 pm)

Chewing Wax:
I over cooked some. But none were too cooked.
(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 10:52:54 pm)

Heruka:
broiling them. never cooked that way. I've never broiled anything.
(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 10:53:18 pm)

Chewing Wax:
I know. Normally I grill or fry them. But what the hell? It was an experiment.
(Sat Nov 1, 2003 - 10:53:55 pm)

Chewing Wax:
It was a hit. They were all eaten up.
