asia will be a lovely experience and very cheap. even the good hotels are pretty cheap. you just gotta keep your wits about you. you could slum it and rent a grass hut for a pound a day as some of my pals have done, but i like running hot water and aircon and baths.

Who me? I had some luck yesterday. I'm taking accordion lessons from this new guy - I'm going to study more advanced music and do some jazz stuff and this guy is really great and he lives in Red Hook. So I drove there and its not really a great neighborhood. So I found out at the end of my lesson that I left my wallet on the seat of the truck and the truck doesn't lock and I had $200 in my wallet for my lesson and then I was going to go food shopping right after. I ran to the truck that was parked across from this basketball court thinking no way was my wallet going to be there but it was still sitting right on the seat. I couldn't believe it.

Yeah I drive this huge stupid ridiculous truck. But, my brother bought me a car and its all mine and I'm going to get it from him soon. Hes a car person - does a lot of body work and buys a lot of cars and fixes them up for a hoby because hes sort of socially challenged - anyway, he got me this Volvo wagon. He says its amazing. It had one owner, an old man in western MA and its totally pristine. It has less than 100,000 miles on it and its silver. Its an 86. I cannot wait to get it. I love old Volvo Wagons. I wish it was red or green though. I'm getting it soon.
