I got "dissed" by a girl Im falling with last night.
I should have known better..she was in a relationship.."boyfriend". We were HighSchool friends and I hadnt seen her in 17 years. We started falling in love this summer and now I have to tell her its over. I am really distraught and some of my on-line friends tell me I need a therapist.
Im very down and sad.

I am going to call her..I dont know what to say.
I want to tell her I am sad and this isn't working..but I don't want to ..I stil want to hold on. Even tho this will probably make things worse...Should I just tell her that I need to cut it off because I am hurt very easily and I can't take the rejection?

Do that and then if she doesn't make a decision in a week then cut her off. You have to be firm and not be pushed around. You have to be in charge and not let her dick you around because if she senses your a push over, she'll get a lot of mileage out of you because she likes the attention and danger of stringing along two men. Don't be the fool here, you call the shots - don't let anyone dick you around, you'll find someone else.

There are few things worse than that feeling. You won't die though. If you can't have her, get away. You're brain is in a dire feedback loop. I bet you can't go two seconds without her face popping up into your head and a feeling of heart ache. The only cure for that is isolation and distance.
