I walked up to 72nd Street and Columbus just now and I saw an ancient Akita, it was so old. It looked a lot like my dog buster with the crazy cow spots.

I was riding my bike home and got my fucking flared pants stuck in the chain. I had to fall off the bike and sit there helplessly until a nice old man came by and helped me extract them.

Heruka:
question Murph. are you there?
(Mon Oct 13, 2003 - 5:07:26 pm)
Heruka:
abyway, read this. it's mostly about popes, but it goes on to discuss how the Arabs are going to take Europe in the upcoming war. this seems to actually be a realistic scenerio. if the Arabs and Muslim countries do get to get together and take Europe, whay's the chances America will come to their rescue this time? it's very interesting.

(Mon Oct 13, 2003 - 5:14:44 pm)
Myk Murphy:
yeah, i'm here... sorry for the delay. i'll read the article now. is that the question, or do you have a different one?
(Mon Oct 13, 2003 - 5:54:05 pm)
Heruka:
I'm curious as to the possiblities of the Arabs taking over europe soon. not just poltically, but in a military manner. couldn't they get weapons from Russia? and if they did, what do you suspect would happen? huge migration of whites out of europe? or would the US go in and clean things up yet again?
I just have this feeling something hugs is going to happen that involves the Arabs within the next 10 or 15 years.
(Mon Oct 13, 2003 - 5:56:59 pm)
Myk Murphy:
politically is the only possibility for takeover, and this will take a couple generations of low "white" birth rate and high "non-white" birth rate. as for immigration, it may increase into europe, but it won't be an open flood gate. militarily, the arabs are a laughingstock, and the dream of pan-arab unification is hard to imagine now. back in the days of Nasser (egypt, 1960s), it was a plausible idea, but no longer.
the russians have no common cause with arabs or islam, which they've been fighting ferociously before 9/11 was even a thought in our minds.
something big may happen, and it may have to do with islamist radicals, but it won't take the form of anything other than terrorist attack. keep in mind that, if something truly disastrous occurred, the US alone could turn major portions of "their" land and people into glass and charcoal. awful, but true.
(Mon Oct 13, 2003 - 6:05:37 pm)
Heruka:
that's what I thought. but I just figured there's a slight possibility for those bozos to get together. hmm.
(Mon Oct 13, 2003 - 6:15:19 pm)
Heruka:
had to ask you know.
(Mon Oct 13, 2003 - 6:15:28 pm)
Myk Murphy:
a reasonable question, h. i'm glad you mentioned st. malachi of ireland. i hadn't seen anything on him in years, and it's good to see his ol' soothsaying is still on track.
as for europe, it's important to keep in mind that europe's arab leaning is 75% oil, 15% pain in the ass, and 10% anti-semitism. they can't afford to piss off the arabs until the russians are truly online with their oil supply, and that will still take a great deal of time.
(Mon Oct 13, 2003 - 6:24:42 pm)
Myk Murphy:
auf, for now.
(Mon Oct 13, 2003 - 6:25:09 pm)
Myk Murphy:
wait, one last item... read this article on a secular europe vs a more religious US.... http://www.iht.com/articles/113524.html
(Mon Oct 13, 2003 - 6:58:36 pm)
Heruka:
that's me to a t. I'm christian, but I find a lot of Christianity stuff simple archaic rituals. but yeah, I knew there was a huge Christianity movement in some developing countries of the world.
but realistically, how long will the Arabs in europe live in such secular society before they decide to change it to their liking?
(Mon Oct 13, 2003 - 7:40:37 pm)
Heruka:
some of these european countries have like a %10 Arab population. they're changing laws to suit them. bending opver backwards for them. I always figured it was because the Europeans and Arabs have a common enemy, the Jew. anti-semitism being institutionalized in both cultures.
(Mon Oct 13, 2003 - 7:47:07 pm)
Heruka:

Fijians apologise for ancestors eating English missionary
Fijian villagers are to offer a traditional apology to the descendants of an English missionary who was killed and eaten 136 years ago.
The Rev Thomas Baker, of the London Missionary Society, was killed by the people of Navatusila in 1867 for taking a comb out of a chief's hair, reports The Pacific Islands News Association.
It was and still is forbidden to touch the head of a chief and he was subsequently cooked and eaten.
One of the villagers who took part in the feast was quoted as saying: "We ate everything but his boots".
The inhabitants of the remote Fiji mountain village believe they have been cursed for what their forefathers did and the district chief has invited Mr Baker's descendants to a ceremony to apologise.
