Froupie:
hmmm. modern buildings have little in common with cubism, and analytical cubist forms were rarely used in architecture except in the czech republic, where it looks pretty amazing.

Heruka:
everything is square, dear. from the windows to the doorways to the shape of the buildings themselves. there aren't too many oval buildings these days.

The Guggenheim museum isn't square. I was just thinking of this tour I went on once that walked through the streets of Chelsea pointing out the property built in the Federal style. These buildings aren't being protected and the neighborhood community is working to get them historical landmark protection.

Not Chelsea, Greenwhich Village.

Good morning, architecture enthusiasts. I had the funniest dream last night. I dreamt that my keyboardist peter was buying ebay stuff from heruka, and heruka was a young blonde woman in real life. She had fooled us for years. It was a laugh riot.
