Decoy:
There are components of loyalty, work ethic, and responsibility true; but the real nut is that I'm not sure they can do it without me after laying off everyone who knew their ass from a hole in the ground. And if the company stays in business, I get payed more than unemployment offers.

I've noticed that a lot of folks my age are becoming a lot more health-conscious. I think we're looking in the mirror and seeing what 20 years of McDonald's and Big Gulps have done to our poor bodies. I think fast food is on the way out, seriously.
(Thu Aug 7, 2003 - 3:11:02 pm)

Queenie:
It took us this long to realize we've been HAD.
(Thu Aug 7, 2003 - 3:11:22 pm)

Heruka:
yeah, fast food is becoming yesterdays news. it's geared towards minorities now.
(Thu Aug 7, 2003 - 3:13:08 pm)

Queenie:
minorities and lower-middle-class. that's the bitch of it.

so you stuff your kids with 99 cent dinners cause it's the best you can do, then you can't afford the healthcare you'll need when they get all fat and sickly. it's so fucked.

Queenie:

fast food is expensive on any level. I had big mac and fires yesterday, 2 macs for $3, and fries were $1.59. 44.59 for a lunch, before drinks. I could have cooked up two chickend breasts on 2 buns, made my own fries, for around $2.

Seamus ate a big mac and half the fries btw. he loves french fries.

Your disk is probably in the package for suzanne's job on the 8th floor ?!

Im sorry, my bad
