every legit article I read had Sadam holding back the meds and food needed ror the civilians despite there being plenty to go around. He's responsible for the dead. Natiional Geographic did a good article on it back in '99. They would sell the meds on the street for inflated prices knowing most couldn't afford it. kinda smart, knowing the lefties would grab onto it ans use it as an arguement giving him sympathy. he's played them like a violin. like he does the UN.

while i don't know much about this possibility to link dna to one's intestine, i can say that genetic modification may be the only thing to save the much-loved banana from extinction. something is wiping it out, and researchers are acting fast to try to stop the disease. i, for one, love bananas, and i like food that can fight pests, versus spraying pesticide all over it.

If the cows at the Herr family farm seem eager at the trough, they have good reason. No mundane meal of corn and hay here. This feed is spiced with a snack food-lover's smorgasbord: potato chips, cheese curls and pretzels. Blessed bovine elsewhere in Pennsylvania get even sweeter treats: chocolate balls and Frosted Mini-Wheats. While cows have been eating human food byproducts for years, more farmers this winter are filling the trough with snack food goodies, a money-saving solution to high corn prices caused by last summer's drought. Industry experts say that because feeding farm animals Twinkies and other discarded human food saves money and helps the environment, Bessie will be munching on potato chips more often in the future. "It's a win-win situation," said Harold Harpster, a professor.
