They might be mouthwatering red beans and rice, chicken noodle, chili and macaroni, beef enchilada, pork chop, pasta, meatloaf, and many more. May also include utensils, condiments, pound cake, crackers, cookies or a drink mix. You'll get an assortment of at least 4 different ones.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:09:53 pm)

Chewing Wax:
I'm going to be an officer. I'm ready to order my troups to kill.

(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:13:26 pm)

Heruka:
did you know since 1990 Saddam has purposel;y either starved or didn't give them the proper medicine they need 1 million Iraqis to death. there's always been enough food and medicine. everyone who's familiar with Iraq says so. even an article from National Geographic from the late 90's noted how much supplies there wer. he's a nice guy. I think you should go over there and sheild him.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:14:53 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Join up with me. Let's go!
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:15:35 pm)

Heruka:

(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:15:36 pm)

Heruka:
I was actually going to join. I'm too old.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:16:16 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Boring? Boring as we die I suppose.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:16:40 pm)

Myk Murphy:
bush did very well.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:17:03 pm)

Chewing Wax:
We're not too old. Check it out. We're officers.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:17:12 pm)

Chewing Wax:
You're bothering me now Murphy. I want serious intelligence.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:17:47 pm)

Myk Murphy:
his behavior was all business, with very little swagger. this should play well with international audiences. his AIDS initiative is not only morally right, it's also very smart politics. he set out to win hearts and minds with this, and he just might.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:18:21 pm)

Chewing Wax:
I have to take the puppy out
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:18:56 pm)

Myk Murphy:
i'm listening to what must be the lamest democratic party "response" in the history of politics. they trotted out a governor because the dem leadership is so tattered. i feel so let down by that party.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:20:05 pm)

Heruka:
wax is too narrow minded and politically warped. everyone who disagrees with him is stupid. the irony is funny. but sad.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:20:44 pm)

Myk Murphy:
smartly, the guy is dodging the international issues, saying "yeah, uh, we support him so far" and he's trying to rebut on tax issues.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:21:07 pm)

Heruka:
it's going to be a very interesting two years. a make or break for the Republicansvery interesting. both parties are reinventing themselves.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:22:44 pm)

Myk Murphy:
there was an excellent editorial in today's christian science monitor. they stated what i've been saying for ages, and you will only hear from dubya in code. the war in iraq is simply a precursor to a "domino theory" of spreading democracy throughout the middle east. this is big vision stuff... i'm nearly impressed with dubya on this. of course, can he do the thing everyone thinks is impossible: tip over little dictators, one at a time, while not allowing the radicalized masses from starting theocracies? stay tuned on that one.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:24:58 pm)

Heruka:
that's what I've been saying. but noooo, no-one listens to me....
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:26:22 pm)

Myk Murphy:
the republicans have a great opportunity, shedding the old white bigots while thinking internationally. the democrats are just looking like fools. the dems could turn into the perfect party: center or liberal on social issues, strong as hell on defense and international politics. they won't do this, and bush will happily take the center. if bush would shed the silly christian right, he would be an ok president overall.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:28:07 pm)

Heruka:
I've oedered 24 military meals. I hope they're good.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:28:11 pm)

Myk Murphy:
i've heard you, heruka. our positions and observations on the topic don't differ too much.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:29:07 pm)

Myk Murphy:
i'm pleased that he's still pushing the hydrogen cars and not the electric ones. it's a better longterm plan.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:30:13 pm)

Heruka:
the party has changed. the christian right has been ousted to some degree by Bush. most republicans I know are very moderate people. a couple in multiracial relationships. as for the the white bigot thing, it's not a reality. I know a lot of Dems who hate black people. the racial thing is dying out. but sadly the Dems won't let it die. they're going to pander and drag the blacks through the gutter for as long as they can get them to vote. in the end, it's the poor blacks who suffer. they've destroyed their schools over the lasy 35 years, and in return gae them quotas. so sad.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:32:04 pm)

Myk Murphy:
i can't wait to hear the polls in the next day, but i think he really hit one out of the park. he made an excellent case for the righteousness of american exceptionalism. while the jaded left will dismiss it, open minds will recognize that if america doesn't deal with the world's problems, no one else will.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:32:21 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Hold on. I have to read this
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:33:33 pm)

Myk Murphy:
it's true that the liberal dem tradition has done nothing but encourage pandering demagogues like sharpton and jackson. still, the GOP deserves the recent abuse, if simply as a way to heal their party. i hope that the small cadre of black intellectuals who wish to dismantle affirmative action may actually be heard... the demeaning aspects overwhelm the help it provides.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:35:20 pm)

Myk Murphy:
i'll try to type more slowly. giggle.
(Tue Jan 28, 2003 - 10:35:38 pm)
