I could eat very well on next to nothing. pre-prepared foods always a huge expense. rice, salads, some meat, chicken, these are all dirt cheap. it only takes a little ingenuity to make a delicious meal for under $5.

I had lamb tenderloins Saturday night, marinated in lime juice, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, salt and fresh rosemary. Yesterday I had been grilled tenderloin steak sandwiches, and bagels, cream cheese and locks and hunks of triple creme French brie cheese. I don't know what to have tonight.

I'll cook up a chicken breast sandwich and fries tonight. I had shark and shrimp Hibachi Friday. Saturday I had Saffi rice or wheveer it is. Yesterday I had steaks on the grill.

and potatoes. if there were one food I couldn't live without, it's potatoes. my chicken breast dinner tonight will cost me approx $1.50. that includes a heapping of fries and a hoagie bun, chicken, lettuce, cheese, and mayo.
