See my sister dressed her old chihuahua up as an angel for the dog parade. Its funny because that dog is fucking evil. He has fangs if you can see them and he bites and growls if you make the wrong move but he was abused bad so hes sort of fucked up in the head. His previous owner was a drunk Mexican that kicked him and threw him into the wall so his head isn't right really.

He's laughing at the idiot cops. Don't get me wrong, I like cops. I know a few of them. But sometimes, they're out of their league. Although when they had the profilers on tv a week or so ago, they all called the killer a weak coward. All that probably gave him was a more desire to kill.
