Myk Murphy:
mrs murphy and i bent down to pick something up off the floor... at exactly the same time, thus bumping our heads quite painfully. with the smarting neck and the lingering feeling of stupidity and the throbbing hey hey hey...
(Mon Oct 7, 2002 - 11:01:23 pm)
Heruka:
that's a farside cartoon. the man,, the dog and the cat all go for the ball and bump heads. and as the caption goes, the bonking sound secretly delighted the bird.

Fall is in the air. The winter wheat is coming up in the field behind the house; it looks like the worlds biggest lawn. Beautiful.
(Tue Oct 8, 2002 - 9:42:09 am)

I'm debating to buy a computer from the pricewatch people. Have any experience with any of these outlets? The computer is for my nephew. Like buying one out of the trunk of the car. But super cheap.
(Tue Oct 8, 2002 - 9:57:26 am)

bela:
Decoy and Wax do you know anything about refinancing or home equity loans? Are they the same thing?
(Tue Oct 8, 2002 - 11:01:36 am)
Heruka:
Readinmg back, what I want to know is, what's a Britney doing in NYC anyhow? They're not city dogs. That's not the life they should be leading. They're high octane, high maintanance pets. If Seamus doesn't get his two walks and preferrably a run in the back yard per day, he's bouncing off the walls. He's no apartment dweller. This dog can move. He's slightly neurotic also.
(Tue Oct 8, 2002 - 11:02:12 am)
Heruka:
No. home equity is borrowing on the available worth of your home. Refinanceing is reborrowing the money you've already borrowed.
(Tue Oct 8, 2002 - 11:03:19 am)
bela:
I know, its sad Heruka most dogs aren't city dogs. My pointer dalmation mix isn't a city dog. I think it was a puppy like yours I'm not sure. It had orange faded spots and orange ears. It looked like a purebreed I don't know.
(Tue Oct 8, 2002 - 11:03:38 am)
bela:
Ok if tell you the scenario I'm in can you tell me what would be a good idea? I don't know what to do.
(Tue Oct 8, 2002 - 11:04:34 am)
bela:
Anyone?
(Tue Oct 8, 2002 - 11:04:48 am)
Heruka:
it'll probaly get returned. people neer know what they're getting themselves into with a Brit. Even after all the research I did, I had no clue as to what I was getting into.
(Tue Oct 8, 2002 - 11:05:19 am)
bela:
The guys at the shelter found a border collie at the bottom of a twenty foot ditch down at the waterfront. These crack heads were throwing food down to it until Vinney rescued it and it got a home in CapeCod with an agility course. I think thats funny.
(Tue Oct 8, 2002 - 11:06:18 am)
Heruka:
if you want money to upgrade the kitchen, and add to your debt while theoretically increasing the value of your home, that's an equity loan.
(Tue Oct 8, 2002 - 11:06:54 am)
Decoy:
Home equity typically has a variable rate, whereas a second mortgage is usually fixed. I'll tell you what I think. We just got a mortgage a couple months ago.
(Tue Oct 8, 2002 - 11:07:19 am)
Heruka:
I'm buying the house I live in. Puurely as an investment of course.
(Tue Oct 8, 2002 - 11:08:24 am)
