yeah. I rent the whole house. we don't have those duplex things here. we have real homes or condos. It was offered to me for purchase, at below value. I declined,. We want to move to warmer climates. I thought of picking it up for investment purposes.

my one client says that he's gotten six different emails from people saying that the site I built for him doesn't work in netscape 4.0. I'm pretty sure only six people on the plante run netscape 4.0, and lucky me, he knows them all.

Or, the other possibility is that they're all highly competitive designers who keep netscape 4.0 around so they can look at each others' stuff with it and hassle them about how it doesn't work properly. that's the more likely scenario.

A Note About The Shiny Side:
