it'll settle down I'm sure. I read where some people went to cuba and never did the paperwork. they didn't think anyone would notice. 300 million people a year try to float from cuba to America on those waters, and they're not going to notice. every inch of those waters are watched very carefully.

umm it's touchy. yes and no. as long as you don't try to fool them, then yes. right now things are a bit tough though, with all that's going on. theres a great marin 90 miles from key west in Havana. Hemingway Marina. a very popular American spot.
