The term horse latitudes supposedly originates from the days when Spanish sailing vessels transported horses to the West Indies. Ships would often become becalmed in mid-ocean in this latitude, thus severely prolonging the voyage; the resulting water shortages would make it necessary for crews to throw their horses overboard.

Queenie, get this down: Ming the Merciful narrowly escapes death in a planetary near collision. Soo the two worlds find themselves embroiled in a war over atmosphere. At the two worlds spiral around each other the life mass of each comes parilously close to extinction for there is only enough air for one world ...

I'm a reasonably bright college grad and have skills which, when objectively measured, place me in a very high percentile. I look OK and have no personality defects. I generally get along well with people as long as they aren't aggressive. Why then, even before the recession, whenever I've had a job have I always had to work with genetically degraded illiterates? Not only that, but the people who I've had to convince to hire me are, by any objective measure INFERIOR to me. Many of you have probably had similar experiences.I think the reason for this situation is genetic degradation caused by centuries of the free market system coupled with horrible immigration policies.Does anyone know where to look for a job where one isn't imprisoned for 8 hours a day with half literate deformed, uncultured goonfucks?

Would they throw the horses in the ocean or would they shoot them first? I can't believe they would not euthanize them.
