There'sa REALLY ggod book out, it's called, "what's right about America". I'm inclided to think this is how most of the immigrants to America view us. Not the whiners, the haters, the people who come from countries that would laugh at an American who's killed in their streets, then complain about someone not opening the door for them here.

I'll never understand the Mexicans that trash our public parks. They have huge, loud picnic parties and leave trash scattered all over the park: open bags of garbage sitting in the grass overflowing with trash, chicken bones, water bottles scattered everywhere. Are they just a messy people or do they not respect property. They are just here to make some money before they move back to Mexico so they really don't care. I don't understand.

Coming from basically a third world country, they seem ok to me. I'll never understand negroes who trash their neighborhoods. You don't have to be rich to clean up your own garbage. They generally don't move back anymore.

The Zapotec considered the generic political office to be more important than the individual’s personal characteristics and in Oaxaca powerful families ruled in a kind of confederacy with hereditary palaces and a disembedded capitol which was both an administrative and ceremonial center supported through tribute and conquest. actually, the town in which I grew up is margely Mexican now. Mexicans outnumber blacks. And they're buying all the big older homes and moving their large families in them. Sometimes there's 20-30 people living in them at once. But they've taken over the negro neighborhoods and clean them up. They're safer now than even when we were growing up.
