I read the judge really layed into the parole board about her, telling them they had to come up with a good reason not to grant parole. She should have been put to death and now they want to let her out?

then the parole boards and judges should be held accountable when they knowingly let someone out of prison who IS going to commit another crime again. they willingly create a hostile environment for society. like when they release repeat rapists or something. it's the parole boards responsibility to make sure the criminal is 'rehabilitated'. that's their job. they fail at their tasks, they should pay the price.

I planted Jackson and Perkins roses last year. And they are by far the best I've ever planted. One hint. take them out of the box. It says you shouldn't have to, but the ones I did take out are doing much better than the ones I didn't.

I've got the "yellor rose of Texas", and they're close to 7" in diameter when in full bloom. I have none blooming right now, I just cut a bunch of dead ones off the bush, but I see buds coming out. I'll get a picture.
