(Mon Jul 1, 2002 - 3:20:54 pm)

bela:
I want to get out of New York. If I didn't have the house and Tom, I would be looking for a place in Rhode Island or something.
(Mon Jul 1, 2002 - 3:21:30 pm)

bela:
I'm really hating it here.
(Mon Jul 1, 2002 - 3:21:44 pm)

Heruka:
the city is going to end up paying 17 million for the lagoons. and when it came time for the people to vote, the cities argument for 'eminant domain" was that it's a wonderful natural are that shouldn't be disturbed by developers. when in reality, the whole lagoons was dug in the 30's. If you're a true naturalist, then you really should be appalled by the lagoons. it ALL a load of crock.
(Mon Jul 1, 2002 - 3:24:12 pm)

(Mon Jul 1, 2002 - 3:28:17 pm)

Chewing Wax:
You should get a summer home in Maine. Bar Harbour is nice.
(Mon Jul 1, 2002 - 3:29:53 pm)

Heruka:

Well, I still want to be in the KCQ and do the tuba orchestra, and all my friends are here. I like NYC, I just don't think I want to live here anymore.

It would be great to wake up to birds chirping. I breathe in smog all night from trucks coming up my street as a shortcut to Bushwick from the BQE. Its really terrible. I can't think about it anymore. Its depressing.
(Mon Jul 1, 2002 - 3:48:48 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Bird chirping. I have this freaking Robin. 4:30am this thing goes apeshit right outside my window. I guess it's nice.

Tons of birds n my yard. Different inds too. It's great. We were just on the patio discussing this yesterday morning. I love it. Coons, groundhogs, rabbits, squirrels, I love them all. Caught 3 baby racoons in the garbage can the other night. They got in and couldn't get out. I let them go of course.
(Mon Jul 1, 2002 - 3:55:28 pm)

I get a lot of little chicadee birds and morning doves, but thats about it. This morning I found a ladybug in my bathroom clinging to a bottle of hair stuff so I put it outside and it flew away. I hope it didn't lick the spout.

(Mon Jul 1, 2002 - 3:59:04 pm)

Heruka:
the orange ones are evil. they're from Asia. Asian ladybugs. They're everywhere here. And they stink when you squash them. and they attract more and more and more. Hundreds of thousands. They get everywhere then die. Then stink.
(Mon Jul 1, 2002 - 3:59:51 pm)

bela:
I think it was orange. tom said he saw it in the bathroom for a long time and it got bigger and bigger. I don't know where he saw it, it was clinging to my bottle of hair stuff. I set it free.
(Mon Jul 1, 2002 - 4:01:30 pm)
