quite a bit of kick that fellow has. i would be winded after that. speaking of good exercise, i hoofed up 9 floors with my colleagues today to attend a meeting, all because someone thought it would be a fine idea. i found out that one of these colleagues does a 10 floor trip every day. i'm gonna do it too... a free stairmaster! the elevators blow at my building, so it's probably wise to get used to it.
