God, such a princess. So Newport News girl comes in here asking me if I'm familiar with the area "East of Grammercy Park - from 14th - 20th from First Ave to FDR Drive" - which is STuy town. Big apartment complex that has security and all that. Not a bad place to live - yuppies. She got offered a roommate situation there - would be $900 less than shes paying now. Shes afraid of the neighborhood. I was trying to be nice, I said, Well, its a cool place to live - you're practically in the village. She kept on asking if it was safe. Its practically a gated community! Give me a break.! I felt like saying get some balls chicklet.

I mean if you don't live here you don't know that, but shes lived her for 2 years or something. What a friggin princess. I"m sure her mom will freak out if she lives in a neighborhood with minorities.
