After much work by Taxonomists concerning the classification of the presently domesticated species of Capsicum, they are considered as belonging to one five species (in total, there are some 26 species of pepper known at present, but these are mostly found only in the wild and are considered undomesticated).

The primary separating characteristics are based upon flower and seed colour, shape of the calyx, the number of flowers per node and their orientation. The big five species are Capsicum annuum (containing the NuMex, Jalapeno and Bell varieties), Capsicum frutescens (containing the Tabasco variety), Capsicum chinense (containing the Habanero and Scotch Bonnet varieties), Capsicum baccatum, (containing the Aji varieties) and Capsicum pubescens, (containing the Rocoto and Manzano varieties).

Ted Turner owns a million acres in New Mexico. I think New Mexico is cool. Not as cool as Arizona, but cool none-the-less. They call it Mex-America, so many Mexicans. Between Ted and the Mexicans, there's only enough room for the vultures.

We just got back from the park and the ice cream parlour. I had a soft ice-cream waffle cone. Seamus had a small cup of soft vanilla. He enjoys it..

Chewing Wax:
So I hadn't taken a shower Sunday morning and we had breakfast at Decoy's house and were getting ready to leave and his oldest daughter, who is turning 7 at the end of July is moaning about us leaving and Decoy says, "You just saw them all last weekend too, aren't you sick of their faces?" And she goes, "No, but I'm sick of Uncle Chewing Wax's hair looking like that!". That was funny. Christ. I never looked at peoples hair when I was six.
(Mon Jun 3, 2002 - 1:53:56 pm)

Chewing Wax:
I'll admit. My hair was ridiculous.

(Mon Jun 3, 2002 - 2:06:34 pm)

Chewing Wax:
I bathe all the time. Two, three times a day usually. I just didn't feel like taking a shower at Decoy's house. His water is fine now, but the scars are there for life.
(Mon Jun 3, 2002 - 2:10:31 pm)

Heruka:
I showered today. I'm set for the week.
(Mon Jun 3, 2002 - 2:11:59 pm)

Chewing Wax:
See, I would have been all set if I'd remembered a baseball cap. But I was fresh out.
(Mon Jun 3, 2002 - 2:17:34 pm)

Heruka:
Next time, just take a bath in the pool. He won't mind. While you're in there, take Blue.
(Mon Jun 3, 2002 - 2:20:36 pm)

Chewing Wax:
I could have done that. It was a bit nippy though.
