Hey! I see colors, I see colors! why do you think I'm this color for? I dont see ALL the colors, but dont worry I see enough of them. The important ones like truck tire black and some of the bird ones..

there's this little biker bar in Allegan, Mi...and once year the have rattle snake fest....yep the menu is cooked rattle snake..frog leggs and such...yick....never attended one. just had a beer ther once 'bout four years ago..saw signs..asked questions..yip.

there's another place in Potterville, Mi. called "JOe's Gizzard HOuse"....renowned for having the worlds Greatest Gizzards...i stopped in gave it a try....i couldn't eat'm....horrible. gave to my dog...and he hurled.....yip...i know i'm supposed gone...quickly..gettin' close.

Saute the gizzards in pound batches in olive oil and garlic. Place batches in a pot. Add water and wine to pot. Simmer covered for 1- 1 1/2 hour. Add tomato gravy, salt, pepper, and lemon. Cook and reduce for 45 minutes. Serve.
