Cushca:
I have no wife to check with.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 11:59:27 am)
Chewing Wax:
I think you are.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 11:59:32 am)
Cushca:
You never call me.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:00:02 pm)
bela:
Sap.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:00:03 pm)
Cushca:
Ever.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:01:02 pm)
Chewing Wax:
Those London calls would show up on the phone bill like a sore thumb. Then I'd have to reimburse them, and they'd over charge me. It would be a nightmare.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:04:07 pm)
Cushca:
That's fine. Really.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:05:41 pm)
Chewing Wax:
I'm kidding. We don't have outgoing phones here.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:05:59 pm)
Chewing Wax:
And I don't know your phone number.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:06:28 pm)
Cushca:
Yes you do.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:08:06 pm)
bela:
I'll call you, I can call any fucking where for free.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:08:12 pm)
Chewing Wax:
Besides, I need a yes or no answer about tickets. I'll buy them for you, but I need to know if I should buy more, so we can all sit together.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:08:26 pm)
Queenie:
The one big problem with "Storefront" is that it's only in stereo. What's up with that?
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:08:46 pm)
Chewing Wax:
What should it be in?
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:09:13 pm)
Queenie:
I'm still anxiously awaiting the release of "Elixirs & Remedies". I want to relive that concert, it was such a good time.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:09:18 pm)
Queenie:
It should at least be in 5.0 surround, wouldn't you say?
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:09:32 pm)
Cushca:
I wouldn't say anything. Because I'm not a geek.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:11:41 pm)
Chewing Wax:
Surround? For what? Squeeky crowd noises behind you?
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:13:12 pm)
Chewing Wax:
Surround is for gimmicky effect like bullets or car crashes or pipes clanging after an explosion.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:14:23 pm)
bela:
Paul Newman's cookies are the best cookies.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:16:14 pm)
Cushca:
You tell her.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:16:17 pm)
Cushca:
I thought he only did salad dressing. He makes biscuits now?
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:16:33 pm)
bela:
Yes, Cushy they're so good. They're salty and sweet. I can't stop eating them. I'll send you some, I'm totally serious.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:19:55 pm)
Cushca:
The man has no end of talents. I don't know anything about surround sound. Do you?
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:20:29 pm)
bela:
Yeah, surround sound. What it says.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:21:00 pm)
Cushca:
I'll fully admit my ignorance on this subject. As long as I can hear it, that's good enough for me. Please send the biscuits to Cushca c/o The Mill, London, England, UK. Thank you.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:22:43 pm)
bela:
So they killed that reporter eh? That was a no brainer. I suppose you'll be able to download the video off the internet soon.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:23:55 pm)
Cushca:
His wife is pregnant, I think. Poor thing.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:24:21 pm)
bela:
Yeah, I know. But really, what in the hell was he thinking!!!!???
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:25:33 pm)
bela:
My neighbor is a reporter for the Wall Street Journal, I'm going to ask her if she knew him.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:26:00 pm)
Queenie:
Wax, you've got the full-on DTS system, don't you? You need to get yourself a DTS formatted concert DVD. Try Steely Dan's concert film. Then you'll understand why all concert films should be presented in surround.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:26:36 pm)
Queenie:
It's as though you're sitting on Donald Fagan's lap.
(Fri Feb 22, 2002 - 12:26:57 pm)
Chewing Wax:
Actually I have the Roger Water's In the Flesh concert film in surround and I think the surround is gimmicky.
