Any goods films on in the US at the moment? Ones I can look forward to in a year's time. Have you seen The Talented Mr Ripley?
(Fri Mar 3, 2000 - 4:44:13 pm)
Queenie:
Hmm...Right now there's several films I'd like to see: The CIder House Rules, Man on the Moon, um.... Magnolia...
(Fri Mar 3, 2000 - 4:46:13 pm)
Queenie:
Have not seen the Mr Ripley movie. I go to the movies about once a decade.
(Fri Mar 3, 2000 - 4:46:35 pm)
Sleepy:
Man on the Moon was good. The Talented Mr Ripley was a bit too long and I found Matt Damon's big white teeth quite distracting.

(Fri Mar 3, 2000 - 4:51:43 pm)
Sleepy:
My mistake. I have eight screwdrivers.

Really? I've only ever been there once, at night and then I went straight into a smoky pub. I'd like to go there in the daylight one day.

I don't think they're affiliated anymore, but that's where this company came from I believe. They create software and research tools for the pharmaceutical industry. Exciting stuff.

Someone's got to do it. Righty then. I have wires, pliers and bits of rubber everywhere and am close to drawing blood. I'm determined to fix this bloomin' lamp of mine, so I'll bid you farewell for now. Have a good weekend. Bye.

Im a happy camper, A STAR FOR BRAM arrived in the mail this morning. And it is excellent. It's not what i expected. I have this "Robyns Xmas boot" and it has about half of what is on SFB, it's a live performance with Keegans band backing R.H. And i must say Keegans backup vocals is sensational.. i appreciate more with every listen. Anyway on the xmas cut..daisy bomb..is a little more up beat very fresh...Not taking anything from SFB's version. Same with Addoration of The CITY..the live version really rock same with' The Underneath' those versions really brought back memories of the SoFT BOY "underwater moonlighting" ...r.h. has graduated to higher levels and if i had to give SFB a review or whatever it'd be "two thumbs uP"..and five stars..*****yip.

Could be wrong...i think he's 47. guess i'll have to check to be sure. .. one last note. I agree with Wax. Daisy Bomb and the electric version of 1974 should have been on JFS. "i used to love you" is interesting, makes ya wonder if he's talking about SId Barret or perhaps his father?
