Queenie:
Is it like Rosemary's Baby disturbing?
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:05:48 pm)
Chewing Wax:
I've only seen her before in Frantic.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:05:48 pm)
Sleepy:
She's naughty in Bitter Moon.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:06:55 pm)
Chewing Wax:
No. It's not like Rosemary's Baby disturbing. It's about a guy who is hired to find and examine two copies of a book reportedly written with the help of the devil. He goes to Europe to track down the books and examine them and people start getting killed and the books start getting burned. Eventually it ends.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:07:08 pm)
Chewing Wax:
I hope I didn't ruin it for you.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:07:31 pm)
Queenie:
Geez, thanks for the spoiler. Up until now I didn't know that it had an end!
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:08:00 pm)
Sleepy:
Thanks for telling me it ends. Plot-spoiler.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:08:06 pm)
Chewing Wax:
Bitter Moon eh?
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:08:10 pm)
Sleepy:
Ha. Snaparama.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:08:20 pm)
Queenie:
Can I trust one of you rat bastards to read my short for me and give me a fair evaluation?
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:08:46 pm)
Sleepy:
I'll say it's good. I can't bare to upset people. You may want a better critic.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:09:21 pm)
Queenie:
Nice Freudian slip there.. heh heh...
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:09:45 pm)
Sleepy:
Ha. Too much Emmanuelle Seigner. Sorry.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:10:18 pm)
Chewing Wax:
I'm missing something
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:11:58 pm)
Detlef Sping:
Does he actually see the books?
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:12:05 pm)
Queenie:
Speaking of naughtiness, has anyone seen The Pillow Book? I hear Ewan blatantly displays his... uh... talent in that movie, and that it's quite lengthy and uncut, if you get my drift.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:12:18 pm)
Sleepy:
The Pillow Book is good. Very arty farty but Ewan does not displease.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:13:05 pm)
Sleepy:
What's that Sping?
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:13:37 pm)
Queenie:
No, I'm quite sure he doesn't.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:13:53 pm)
Sleepy:
Ah. The film. I get it.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:14:01 pm)
Chewing Wax:
Obi-Wan Kenobi's knob. You people are sick.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:14:23 pm)
Sleepy:
This is high art we're talking about, CW.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:14:47 pm)
Detlef Sping:

(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:16:02 pm)
Queenie:
"Rapturously perverse"... damn.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:16:14 pm)
Chewing Wax:
Yeh. That's the kind of movie you'll be seeing me watch.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:16:33 pm)
Sleepy:
And she's cute too. So, something for everything. And the art. The high art.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:17:01 pm)
:
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:17:21 pm)
Chewing Wax:
Actually, he doesn't have to track down the books. He just has to examine them. He knows where they are.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:17:44 pm)
Queenie:
Yes, I would watch it for the art. Not at all for the lengthy shots of Ewan naked.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:17:49 pm)
Chewing Wax:
The high art. I bet.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:18:15 pm)
Detlef Sping:
So the premise is the devil writing exploding books?
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:18:25 pm)
Chewing Wax:
Swooosh. So high it's over her head.
(Thu Jan 3, 2002 - 3:18:34 pm)
