I got this save the animals calendar in the mail and its just going to depress me really. The first picture is of a baby Heart Seal and the caption says "Over 200,000 of these seals are killed every year before they reach 1 year old..."

I gave to one of those wildlife funds to help the wolves, but I said to the person, who came round to my house, "Don't send me anything, please use all the money I am giving you." Then they sent a calendar and a mug and a pen. God that pissed me off. I didn't give them anymore money next time, and I told the person who came around what happened and no thanks.

Well I certainly wouldn't start a conversation with, "Hey, nice shoes. By the way, I don't like dogs". Besides, if I spent my life trying to seek out friends who were 100% like me, I would be pretty lonely. We do have a love of animals in common, just not the exact same ones.

I really like wolves. Ever since Wax and I learned all about them at the Museum of Natural History. They had the coolest exhibit going about them, it was years ago.

I've never given to any organization that does anything with animals. I'm a people firts kinda guy. I give to my local catholic charities, the FOP or Eastern Paralyzed vets who send me crap on a dailey basis. yeah, they could spend the money on better things, but they're a good charity.
