A rioting Browns fan chucking a $8.00 bottle of "beer" at someone on the field after a call didn't go the Browns way. After further review, the replay official did buzz for a replay before the ball was snapped again. Everything was done correctly and within the rules. Browns fans are just drunken rioting poor loosers. The emphasis on LOOSERS.
