(Thu Nov 15, 2001 - 4:22:31 pm)

Myk Murphy:

(Thu Nov 15, 2001 - 6:29:17 pm)

Queenie:
These are the bastards:

(Thu Nov 15, 2001 - 8:09:00 pm)

Queenie:
Silverfish.
(Thu Nov 15, 2001 - 8:09:09 pm)

Queenie:
They lurk in my basement bathroom.
(Thu Nov 15, 2001 - 8:09:28 pm)

Decoy:
Gosh that's gross.
(Thu Nov 15, 2001 - 10:09:47 pm)

Myk Murphy:
oh, they're not so bad. nothing fishy about them, despite the name. do they do anything bad?
(Thu Nov 15, 2001 - 10:11:35 pm)

Decoy:
Carry disease?
(Thu Nov 15, 2001 - 10:24:33 pm)

Heruka:
No. I've had them alot. They needa wet area to live. They feed off of mold and mildew. Harmless. They look gross though. But once you get pas that, they're no bother at all. I had them in a bathroom and near the registers once. Not here, elsewhere.
(Thu Nov 15, 2001 - 10:40:38 pm)

Heruka:
I have spiders up the wazoo here. I'm paranoid when it comes to bugs. I walk around the place with a flashight after the lights have been out for a few hours, just to see what's lurking about. I've got a spider that comes out at night in the bathroom. He's the size of plate. I swear.
(Thu Nov 15, 2001 - 10:42:52 pm)

Heruka:
I snitched on some Russians today. They were catching more than their legal share of trout, and would walk back to their vehicle to put them in, then come back to catch some more. As I drove by the bait store which was about 2 blocks away, I noticed the renager there. I stopped and narked on them. Not sure if the Ranger went over to them or not though.

Heruka:
Is tomorrows Sleepy's last day? So sad. But she hasn't been around in a long time anyhow, so we've become used to not having her about. Perhaps she'll log in from home. Probably not, she has better things to do with her new found freedom, unlike me. Well, good luck to ya gal.
(Thu Nov 15, 2001 - 10:47:23 pm)

Myk Murphy:
it won't be easy for sleepy to log in, as she isn't just quitting her job. she's going to go fight the taliban, although she's a bit late for much of the action. we've equipped her with the latest mobile telecom unit... she can connect to the lounge and request everything from napalm to an airdrop of some belgian chocolates. cushca wanted to go, too, but was put off a bit when she was informed that SAS generally don't go into combat zones after a few vodka tonics. the russians might take her, of course. good night.

Heruka:
Silverfish

Species (Lepisma saccharina) of quick-moving, slender, flat, wingless insect having three tail bristles and silvery scales. Silverfish are found worldwide. Females deposit fertilized eggs in cracks and hidden places. The hatched young are scaleless and have short appendages. Silverfish normally live indoors and, because they eat starchy materials (e.g., paste, bookbindings, and wallpaper), can cause much damage. They live two to three years and molt throughout life.

Heruka:
I've lost roughly 40% of my 401k in the last 4 quarters. The third had modest gains, but this recent quarter dropped like sailors trousers in a whopre-house. I think it's time to get a finacial advisor to see what I can with this stuff. And to set me on a goal to obtaining mass amounts of wealth. A sweet hunk of property recently came to market, and me without a job. Would the bank give me a loan ithout a job? Ha ha ha!!
(Fri Nov 16, 2001 - 12:49:01 am)

Heruka:
Hey Murphy, any intersting software come out of Vegas? I'm going to download Opera 6. Just for the hell of it.

Sleepy :
I'm not leaving until next week. And I intend to log on more than usual since I won't have mill work to take up my time! Good morning.
(Fri Nov 16, 2001 - 5:41:56 am)

Sleepy :
Thanks for your good wishes though.
(Fri Nov 16, 2001 - 5:43:53 am)

(Fri Nov 16, 2001 - 7:59:14 am)

Myk Murphy:
Good morning, folks. I have arranged it so that boss woman will jump out of a cake at your party, sleepy. Do not be afraid.
(Fri Nov 16, 2001 - 8:00:24 am)

Decoy:
And happy Ramadan to all Islam.
(Fri Nov 16, 2001 - 8:01:17 am)

Myk Murphy:
I have seen coworkers fasting for the month, and they don`t look happy.
(Fri Nov 16, 2001 - 8:10:31 am)

Chewing Wax:
Good morning.
(Fri Nov 16, 2001 - 9:27:31 am)

Mrs Dr GB:
The trick is to live in England during Ramadan. The idea of course is that they must fast during daylight hours. And in England you only get about five a day.
