Chewing Wax:
Oooh. Buffy musical tonight. Psyched.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 3:59:34 pm)
Chewing Wax:
Before you accuse me bela, that isn't me. And you know it.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 3:59:56 pm)
Decoy:
I also heard that proper hydration can help asthmatics, too. Knock on wood, we haven't had an attack in a very long time... Zyrtec and Singulaire every day beats cortasteroids every few months.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:01:09 pm)
Decoy:
You watch Buffy? I've never seen it. I like the musical Drew Careys. Isn't the Simpsons Haloween on?
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:02:04 pm)
Decoy:
Dr. Sagan is dead. That's not nice.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:03:31 pm)
bela:
I don't get it, these kids get bad attacks out of nowhere and an inhaler doesn't help? Just sitting in the house and an attack happens? Wow, that sucks.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:04:01 pm)
bela:
I thought he was dead but I wasn't positive.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:04:14 pm)
bela:
I didn't mean him I meant you know who.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:04:24 pm)
bela:
Drew Carey is the most unfunny load of crap. Not funny, how is that idiot funny?
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:05:11 pm)
Chewing Wax:
He's medium level funny. Not Seinfeld funny. More Rosanne Barr funny. Kind of funny. Not that funny. Yeh. Simpsons Halloween at 8:30 and then that fantastic new show 24 is on. I'll have to tape Buffy.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:07:11 pm)
Chewing Wax:
I think I've watched Buffy three times.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:08:13 pm)
bela:
I think hes just not funny. Anyway, I was watching that show Whose LIne is it Anyway and that stupid Drew Carey was on it. He totally totally bombed, he really is not talented at all. What he does is do something thats not funny and then just breaks up about it like he can't believe how funny he is - sort of covers up not being able to be spontaneous and clever and funny. Dweeb.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:11:59 pm)
Chewing Wax:
Okay. He's not funny.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:12:48 pm)
bela:
Or, he just cracked up at what the person next to him was doing. I saw his game.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:12:57 pm)
bela:
No, seriously, I want him off the air.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:13:36 pm)
Chewing Wax:
Write a letter or something. You convinced me.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:14:53 pm)
bela:
No seriously, next time you see him on something thats not scripted like that stupid show, watch him. He just sits there like a big goon and then laughs and laughs at what the people around him are doing. He has this thing where he hangs his head down like hes cracking up. Its all a big act.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:17:55 pm)
bela:
God, I'm really losing it.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:21:23 pm)
Chewing Wax:
No, you're fine
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:25:53 pm)
Decoy:
His show is much funnier than he is, for sure.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:37:08 pm)
Chewing Wax:
That Mimi is a crack up.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:37:31 pm)
Decoy:
Babies and little kids can't figure out the inhaler until a certain age. That's the only problem, once they're older they can caryy one and use it whenever they need to. Even then, its not a long term solution, its just dealing with it.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:39:15 pm)
Decoy:
Mr. Wick is my favorite.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:39:46 pm)
bela:
Imagine squirting an inhaler in a babies face? I had to have the paramedics come to my house so I could use that machine. I spent the morning at the kennel cleaning and I breathed in all that animal stuff then I went home and took a hot shower and all that crap came out of my lungs and I couldn't breathe and my head started pounding because of lack of oxygen so I knew I was in trouble so tom called the paramedics. It was embarrassing. They came in and they were actually really nice. THey counted all the pets and then they were making fun of Franco.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:45:25 pm)
bela:
Toms friend Mike was over when it happened and he told his wife and some other people so all these people called me that night to see if I needed anything. That was really nice anyway.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:46:55 pm)
Chewing Wax:
Did this just happen? Is Franco full of rage?
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:49:00 pm)
Decoy:
Yeah, when did that happen? We have two nebulizers, one for home and one for day care, so we don't have to call 911 anymore.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:53:01 pm)
Queenie:
Sidney's attacks never come out of nowhere, they are always triggered by a chest cold or, like a couple months ago, pneumonia. So we're never really taken by surprise by it. Thankfully. The rest of the time she's normal as any other kid, doing sports, running wild... she just has no tolerance for chest stuff for some reason.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:57:04 pm)
F.F.:
They will die like dogs
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:57:16 pm)
bela:
It happened around the time I just got Franco - a few months ago I guess. I was thinking of getting one, but I would never use it. That time was really a big fluke. I don't know, I felt really sick the rest of the day and I was exhausted from it. But people really freak out, my sister totally freaked out - I felt bad that I flipped her wig. she was there when it happened.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:57:22 pm)
Queenie:
Of course there are many times when she has a chest cold but it does NOT go into asthma. So it's not like every time. I've gotten pretty good at pressing my ear to her back and distinguishing congestion from constriction.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:57:57 pm)
Heruka:
You know, moving to a drier climate would help your kids out immensley. When it rains it pours. I was just offered another job. By my previous employer none the less. He's got an 8 month project on the table. SHould I dump this part-time for cash job? Probably.
(Tue Nov 6, 2001 - 4:58:04 pm)
Heruka:
My mother had bad asthma as a child. The octors said she wouldn't live past 10. 45 years later, she died.
