Heruka:
You need alot more than math skills to get into any kind of space program or major in aeronautical engineering. Even in my peak I doubt if I could get into those progams. And I was taking all the higher level math and physic classes in high school. Befor me and Mr. LSD decided to take a nice long trip together. the lasy year and a half of high school. Of course, my high school sucked. Teach her thing think critically. Heavy on the algebra. They have excellent software out there now for it. Stop it Decoy. There is NO racism in testing. The problem is no-one gives a shit. In Cleveland, they have a third of the student population they did 30 years ago, but the same amount of administrators. Not to mention teachers themselves are extremely dimwitted. A recent article in a paper can't remember which one was very insightful, and not nice at all. Apparently, teachers only have to have a certificate to teach, so the end result is they now have teachers who aren't at all qualified to teah important subjects as math and the sciences teaching them. These assholes don't even understand what they're trying to teach. Scary. But God-forbid they should try to send these kids to a good private school,m the teachers unions will have none of that. It's been proven time and time again that school vouchers do work. So instead we just keep lowering the standards. Well hell, lower standards enough and anyone bumbfuck will be able to pass. And in the end, we all will suffer the consequences. What a fucking joke. Aks how many of those that oppose vouchers send their kids tp public schools, not many. Smart kids benefit us all. I'm going for a beer.

Or backroubnd for that lazy fall afternoon just watching the clorors explode. Pick up eithe "Rock=N-Roll" "orgasmatron" or "1916" They're all quite good. 1926 might be a nose better than the rest though.
(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 1:02:27 am)

Good morning! The bad thing about drinking Guinness is I really can't sleep long after drinking heavily. But no hangover, and I seem to be filled with piss and vinegar. If anyone wants a good read, pick up todays issue of The Wall Styreet Journal. A very interesting article about Japans economic problems. Make sense, in a confusing sort of way. There's a bar a couple miles away that will open in an hour and a half, think I'll head on down there then, picking up a few papers on my way down. Somehow this wasn't my plan in life. I can see it now, my 6th grade teacher asking me what I want to do in life, "I want to be an unemployed drunk". "Gosh, Heruka, aren't you setting your goals a little too high? You'll have to avoid alot of work to get there, I hope you can do it" I'm spending entirely way too much time on the internet these days. Considering I no longer am logging on during someone else's time. Windows XP is released today. Are we all going to run out and buy it? Not in my corner. 3.1 is good enough for my ancestors, it's good enough for me.

Heruka:
Tell me GB, which slippers do you like the best? I'm picking up some for a gift, and I'm leaning towards the flamingo's, the bunnies are so damn cute though. Just look at that nose.
(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 6:05:24 am)

Mrs Dr GB:
But bunnies are so last year. I think you should get the walruses. The walrii.
(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 6:12:12 am)

Cushca:
The walrii are my favourites. But then, what does that tell you.
(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 7:00:19 am)

Mrs Dr GB's fun new game: who wants to play?:
It's a dinner party game. Everyone drinks a bottle of whisky, and then someone leaves the room and everyone has to guess who it was.

(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 7:49:45 am)

Myk Murphy:
Ok, so the new windows is out. Is the official release cracked yet, or should we wait until the end of the day?
(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 8:37:48 am)

Decoy:
Yes, it is cracked, I am told. Apparently it took someone 3 hours.
(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 8:45:35 am)

Decoy:
Hey Wax, did you get the pictures yet?
(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 8:54:08 am)

(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 9:07:15 am)

Decoy:
I'm going to the launch even to get $50 bucks off on the 5th. I almost can't wait, I want to buy it now.
(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 9:07:49 am)

Decoy:
I will if you want, send my your email address. There's nothing funny or incriminating, just wholesome good times.
(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 9:08:56 am)

Decoy:
Hey Wax, where are you? My mailbox at chewingwax.com is broke.
(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 9:11:46 am)

Mrs Dr GB:
Forward them to me Bird. Please, please. At my GB address. The Mud Hut won't let pictures in. It's true. They delay them until after 7.00 pm.
(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 9:15:29 am)

Cushca:
I can't send you my e-mail address. I don't know your e-mail address.
(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 9:16:14 am)

I don't wanna hear anything about them being boring, though.
(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 9:18:31 am)

Myk Murphy:
The licensing system will keep me away. 3 licenses for 3 home PCs? Not likely.
(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 9:22:40 am)

Decoy:
Its cracked, I tell you its true. Already.
(Thu Oct 25, 2001 - 9:23:08 am)

Decoy:
I'm cracking my legitimate copies, just on general principle.
