ok, queenie, a final word on this: because of your uneven income, you NEED a budgeting tool. quicken and MS Money do this stuff, even with the basic version. this is especially helpful for people who use cash exclusively, as these purchases are not tracked like they do with credit cards.

perhaps they should impose some safety guidelines for flag desecration. i saw quite a few unsafe practices from today's riots. during a flag burning, some dumb kid in the front row had lowered his automatic rifle so that it was pointing at his friends across from him. someone behind him had to nudge him to point out this unsafe practice. he dutifully raised the weapon and continued the rioting, making sure to remain in front of available cameras.
