The angle of the story was that our house was a "fixer upper" which sort of shot all my ideas to hell. I wanted to wear a dress and pose with my pets. But you can't tell Toni Schlesinger whats what. SHe said, you, suzi, get up on that ladder and hold that duster so it looks like your cleaning and she made tom hold a big wrench. I couldn't send it to my mother because of all the foul language.

You know what really bothers me? bin Laden and I have the same beard. I shaved mine into a goatee several times, so it's not really long on the sides. And his is a bit longer than mine, and mine is red, of course. Just the Irish showing through. But other than that, we're twins. I'm braiding mine this weekend. Not sure if I'm going to try one big braid, or several smaller ones. Have to enjoy it while I can, I shall be looking for a real job soon. Probaly after the first of the year. I'm just going to lay about till then.

The article in the Village Voice shelter section Tom and I were in one week. Its a weekly article where they interview people and their living situations. Its one of my favorite articles in the Village Voice. I wish I had thought of that.
