Actually, GB drove the point home. I was the one who always wanted to go on lon g cruises in the cars when we were kids. I was the one who always wanted to take the risks. Go a little further. If anyone was going to do something interesting with their lives, it was me. My childhood dream was to sail around the world alone. And buy a van, move to California, and live on the beach. I never wanted to get trapped in a normal day to day existance. And now, the most exciting part of my summer was watching my peppers grow. Complacency and laziness. Or contentment. Or fear.
