Chewing Wax:
There's some party in Manhattan the night before. What time are you playing?
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:03:18 pm)

bela:
I think around 9 ish, we have to go on early because our bass player is playing with his other band that same night. Ooh, party in Manhattan.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:08:42 pm)

bela:
CW partying in the Big Apple. Watch out!
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:09:16 pm)

Chewing Wax:
This is going to be great
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:11:35 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Wait. I remember reading something about Decoy being in New York that weekend too. Is that true or did I dream it?
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:15:46 pm)

bela:
I don't know if I'm going to invite walter. He'll make me to nervous he's such a music nazi.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:16:57 pm)

bela:
I embroiled in this big personal dilemma about inviting walter. He lives around the corner from Galapogos, where we are playing, so I know he'll make it if he can, but, I know I will fuck up royal if hes there. I don't know what to do.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:18:15 pm)

bela:
I'm embroiled.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:18:40 pm)

bela:
What, Decoy isn't going to the wedding. Ya'll don't have the same friends?
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:19:31 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Yep. That's a tough one.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:19:58 pm)

Chewing Wax:
They knew each other but they weren't friends. They never really took a shine to each other. I've known the guy who is getting married since I was five. He lived near me. I met Decoy later through horse back riding when we twelve or thirteen or something.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:22:31 pm)

bela:
Last time I told him we played at Galapogos he seemed really bummed he didn't know about it, he said :"Oh, I live right around za Korahnah" "Do you have a mailing lizt". I didn't tell him I didn't want him there because he would just think thats unprofessional. Fuck it, I'll let him know about it when I see him this weekend. Hes such a stoner he'll most likely forget or be playing somewhere himself.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:23:38 pm)

bela:
I see. Horseback riding. Were you rich kids?
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:24:30 pm)

Chewing Wax:
No. Just cool.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:24:54 pm)

bela:
What does it matter anyway. Its not the end of the world.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:25:16 pm)

Chewing Wax:
What's not the end of the world? Oh. walter. No. If you do it once you'll get over THE FEAR.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:27:38 pm)

bela:
Yeah, and hes going to see us at some point. Hes just sort of pretentious I think, I'm not sure I can't tell. His band, The Last of the International Playboys is serious shit. He writes and orchestrates all of the music and parts. Whatever, I think his friend Cassis isn't such a great tuba player. She just bangs on keys and sings Marlene Dietrich tunes.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:30:32 pm)

bela:
Galapogos is tough because you have people sitting right in front of you - I hate that. I like some sort of stage a bit up and away from people.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:32:41 pm)

Chewing Wax:
That reminds me. I have to order Touch of Evil on DVD.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:34:00 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Done and done. Love that One Click.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:37:09 pm)

Chewing Wax:
and a boxed set of the Chronicles of Narnia. That's enough.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 1:43:32 pm)

Professor Hamermesh's studies suggest people in the top 30 per cent in the looks department can expect to earn between 3 and 5 per cent more than people in the middle 60 per cent. And people in the bottom 10 per cent, whom he described as "pretty ugly people", earn up to 10 per cent less.

"We are programmed almost from birth to think about looks ... If it's not your customers, it's the fellow employees who are revolted by working with an incredibly ugly person," he said.

Myk murphy:
God help me, i just bought a few powerball lottery tickets. $200,000,000 is a bit much, but it will work for me.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 2:35:00 pm)

Chewing Wax :
Good luck there.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 2:37:05 pm)

Myk murphy:
Oh boy... All that money!
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 3:22:07 pm)

Myk murphy:
A wise investment decision, i think you will agree.
(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 3:35:40 pm)

Chewing Wax:

(Wed Aug 22, 2001 - 3:46:58 pm)
