I'd have to agree, when I was a kid "Planet of the Apes" was the coolest flick...Blue Velvet was an awsome movie, and Dennis Hopper kicks ass...!

I once heard a ....um I'll call it a rumor cuz i'm not sure if it's true or not. But I guess in the early 70's Dennis Hopper made a circle with stick of Dynamite or gernades....and stood in the middle of the circle as the y ignited or exploded....hmmm. anyone ever anything similar to this?

blue velvet was wonderful. i also enjoyed "twin peaks: fire walk with me". killer soundtrack... watch this film in a home theater equipped with a subwoofer. the crazy scene in "one-eyed jack's" is quite intense and visceral, and if you're rather stoned, so much the better, i think.

Good god, shitty morning. I got a call from my friend Marco late last night - ex of my friend Heather. Apparently Heather and a friend were attacked in McCarren Park last night by 5 pr girls with bats. They beat them up and took all of their stuff. Bitches. I think they broke the other girl's ankle. Assholes. What is wrong with these people? Like a bat would have been necessary. Heather is the sweetest girl. I hope shes ok, I haven't heard anything yet.
