Repainting my kitchen has turned out to be a much bigger job than it first appeared... much like everything else in this crappy-assed old house with it's lathe and plaster crumbling walls and ten layers of what is most likely lead paint on every wall. But when I'm through it will be bright and sunny and orange and green like a lovely Cezanne.
