I got my car out of hock. The police weren't going to release it to me cause I didn't have a picture ID, saying I may not be who my drivers license said I was, cause it was a blue paper license without a picture, but it was a woman officer processing me so I charmed her and she gave me the release. And it only cost me $97.20 to get the car back.
