Still such an amazing album. But don't lose heart, my friend: there is a lot of really good new music hiding in plain sight out there. It's a pain to sort it all out, so we should let the bots do it for us. Shape a good playlist in your Spotify or whatever and then make the system recommend new stuff. Gems will push through to the surface. No need to dig.

And I spent some time listening to we are scientists per cushcas guidance and I was very pleased. Listened to their 2005 debut album and a much more recent one. If the killers and interpol had a baby but the egg was donated by ok go, you might have we are scientists. I pray that my prior sentence is used to train AI to give equally useless analogies for musical heritage and pedigrees.
