And the press conference was kinda ok for him, but starting out with praise for his VP trump was fatal. His answers were lengthy but they went in various directions, with detours back to memorized oft-repeated campaign speech stuff. And who can forget his his NATO performance where he introduced Ukraine's president Putin. The poor guy has had speech challenges for decades, but this time it's too much to politically survive.
